Cancellation, Rescheduling, Late Arrival, and No-Show Policy
Photography productions often involve the coordination of multiple parties, including studio rentals, location permits, hair and makeup artists, assistants, models, stylists, and other vendors. Advance notice is required to allow these parties the opportunity to fill cancelled time slots, avoid unnecessary expenses, and accommodate other clients.
Many rental studios and locations also require a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours notice for cancellations, rescheduling, or date changes to avoid rental penalties and forfeited booking fees.
Client Cancellation
More than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled session: Deposit retained; any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Less than seven (7) days before the scheduled session: Deposit forfeited.
Less than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled session: Up to one hundred percent (100%) of the total session fee may be retained to cover lost booking opportunities, vendor commitments, rental fees, and production expenses.
Photographer Cancellation
If the Photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, venue issues, unsafe conditions, travel disruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, all payments received will either be refunded in full or applied to a mutually agreed rescheduled date.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving late may reduce the amount of available shooting time. Sessions will not automatically be extended to accommodate late arrivals.
In addition, where the production schedule, studio booking, crew availability, or rental agreements permit an extension, a late fee of $150 per hour (or portion thereof) may be charged for any additional time required as a result of the Client's delay.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, communication, or reasonable cause shall be considered a no-show.
In the event of a no-show:
The full session fee shall be immediately due and non-refundable.
All deposits and payments shall be forfeited.
The booking shall not be eligible for rescheduling, credit, or transfer to a future session.
The Photographer reserves the right to invoice any additional production, rental, travel, talent, or vendor costs incurred as a result of the no-show.
The Parties acknowledge that these policies exist to protect the time, resources, and commitments of all individuals involved in the production.

Closed Set and Privacy Protection Policy
Schofield's Sirens is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and private environment for all nude, topless, implied nude, boudoir, and artistic nude productions.
For any session involving topless or nude content, the production shall operate as a closed set. All non-essential personnel shall be required to leave the shooting area prior to the commencement of nude content. Studio doors shall remain closed and, where possible, windows shall be covered or blacked out to protect the Model's privacy and comfort.
Only the Model and Photographer shall be present during the capture of nude or topless content unless the Model specifically approves the presence of an essential crew member in advance.
To further protect privacy and reduce the risk of unauthorized distribution, behind-the-scenes photographers, videographers, content creators, guests, observers, and third-party media personnel are not permitted during nude or topless portions of a production unless expressly approved in writing by both the Photographer and Model prior to the session.
No unauthorized photographs, videos, screen recordings, phone captures, or behind-the-scenes content may be created during closed-set portions of the production.
This policy exists to protect the Model's privacy, prevent the release of unapproved content, minimize the risk of leaks, and ensure that only images intentionally selected and delivered through the agreed proofing and approval process may be published, distributed, or otherwise used. -
Schofield's Sirens is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for every client.
Clients may bring one trusted companion to the session for support, subject to approval by the Photographer and any applicable studio, venue, or location policies. The companion must conduct themselves professionally and may be asked to leave if they interfere with the production process or the comfort of those involved.
Reasonable accommodations regarding temperature, music preferences, privacy considerations, and overall shooting environment will be made whenever possible to ensure the Client feels comfortable throughout the experience.
Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or requests during the session and may request the use of mirrors, camera playback, or image reviews at reasonable intervals to help build confidence and ensure the creative direction aligns with their expectations.

How do I book a photoshoot?
In order to book a 50% non-refundable deposit is required (paying full balance option available) and Photography Agreement must be completed to successfully confirm booking. When you sign your contract, we block off the hours to shoot with you, thus turning away people interested in shooting that day. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your shoot. Payment must be made day of the shoot or within 7 days.
Can I bring a friend?
We prefer to work with our clients one on one with a our Hair and Makeup Artist on set to avoid creating an “audience” which can lead to someone feel more self conscious. We limit to only 1 guest for moral support or who you are shooting with (significant other/friend).
We do not permit second shooters or BTS photographers for the privacy of our clients and Sirens or allow clients to bring their own as they disrupt the flow of the shoot.
Is Hair and Makeup Included?
Yes all packages include Hair and Makeup and we only use the best artists hand picked for your shoot. Hair and Makeup can be done At-Home or On-Set depending on location. Extra time is added to the shoots to ensure you get the full glam treatment, look your best and take advantage of dedicated shoot time.
Shoot planning and moodboard creation
Before we start planning out the shoot concepts, ideas and moodboards, a deposit must be in submitted. If you are reaching out to us via instagram, please send us your email.
There is nothing worse planning out an entire shoot and coordinating with our HMU artists just to find out we are out of your budget or see that you book another shoot with someone else using the concepts/ideas we presented for a cheaper rate.
Something came up, can we reschedule our shoot?
Life happens and things come up. In order to reschedule shoot, 72 Hoursnotice notice is required to reschedule shoot.
Studio Sessions: If cancellation is within 48 hours of shoot, client will be charged a rescheduling fee related to studio rental costs. Studios need a minimum of 48 hours to cancel without any additional cancellation fees.
*Exceptions include outdoor shoots and weather complications (rain, snow, hail, high winds etc.) where location and date adjustments will be made. Outdoor shoots are booked with a reserve date just in case weather conditions are not on our side.
Why do i have to sign a shoot agreement?
The shoot agreement is in place to protect us from any miscommunication that may take place and outlays the content usage and rights for the work we create. Without signing you will not be able to publish, use for promotion or feature on premium sites without our consent.
We want to provide the best experience and avoid any butting of heads as we are non-confrontational as it does not provide any benefit.
We are very upfront with how we operate and do not have any hidden fees within our packages which is why all offerings we provide are FLAT Rates and crystal clear Agreements.
editing, Post production and delivery
When do I receive my PROOFS?
Proofs from photoshoot will be released within 24 hours for selection. Final Images will not be released until remaining balance is paid. The balance of the payment for services must be paid in full no later than 1-7 days after the experience for proof gallery to be sent.
Proofs will be sent through our Pixieset Private Galleries where you will be able to select your favourites by selecting the ❤️ on the top of each image.
Can you send over the RAW files?
RAW files are not available to download or purchase and only edited final images and videos are released. “Screenshotting” watermarked images and sharing to social media as stories and posts is prohibited and will will be asked to remove. Sample edits will be provided the day of the shoot for teaser content.
RAW images are only for proof selection purposes and our Intellectual Property and Under our Copyright.
Is Hair and Makeup Included?
Yes all packages include Hair and Makeup and we only use the best artists hand picked for your shoot. Hair and Makeup can be done At-Home or On-Set depending on location. What’s the editing process, will you fix my stretch marks, cellulite, acne?
With over 12 years of being a professional editorial retoucher and having the best hand picked retouchers from around the world, our goal is to make you look your best while keeping a natural look. Retouching of scaring, cellulite/stretch marks, acne/blemishes, skin softening and smoothening are all part of the editing process. If there is anything you are self-conscious about let us know as we make sure to use poses and lighting to emphasize your best features. We aim for publication ready images with the highest of standards.

Why is there a limit on edits for creative experiences while content day subscriptions is uncapped?
CREATIVE EXPERIENCES:
With all experiences, the cost of editing and post production are factored as a flat rate in each of our packages. We grew tired of seeing women being finessed out of hundreds, even thousands of dollars for only a handful of final edits by other photographers. We don’t rely on third party retouchers and We actually want you to have your final edits, as many as you like.
We have done more shoots than we count and the assets listed in each Experience are a cumulation of the average number of assets delivered.
On average for our Creative Experiences, our amazing clients select between 50-200 final images. So why hold back?
CONTENT DAY SUBSCRIPTIONS:
Our Siren Content Day Subscriptions are for Creators who require custom asset packages that better suit their brand. It can be more Video Assets than Final Images or a mix of both depending on the time available.
We deliver a lot of content within these Subscriptions and the Flat rates covers the editing process similar to our Creative Experiences.
We are able to provide a better rate for our Subscriptions as the volume in production will save you close $2,000-$5,000 a year compared to booking Creative Experiences at the same reoccurrence
