Print and Merchandise Orders

Schofield's Sirens offers a variety of fine art prints, calendars, coffee table books, apparel, limited-edition collections, and other merchandise products featuring original creative work.

Many products are produced in small quantities, made-to-order, hand-signed, numbered, or manufactured through specialty print partners. As a result, production timelines may vary depending on product type, inventory availability, artist schedules, vendor capacity, and seasonal demand.

Production and Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Limited-edition collections, signed prints, collector sets, coffee table books, calendars, and specialty merchandise may require additional production time before shipment.

Customers acknowledge that certain products may be produced in batches and that fulfillment timelines may vary depending on the complexity and scale of the collection.

Schofield's Sirens will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed regarding significant production delays.

All Sales Final

Due to the custom, limited-edition, collectible, and made-to-order nature of many products, all sales are considered final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect size selections.

  • Personal preference.

  • Limited-edition or signed products.

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, the customer must notify Schofield's Sirens within seven (7) days of delivery.

Where appropriate, Schofield's Sirens may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item.

  • Exchange the item.

  • Provide a partial or full refund.

  • Offer store credit.

Photographic evidence of damage may be required before a claim can be processed.

Shipping and Delivery

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, Schofield's Sirens is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather events, strikes, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Additional shipping charges may apply if orders must be reshipped due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Limited Editions and Collector Products

Limited-edition products are produced in restricted quantities and may not be reprinted once a collection has sold out.

Availability, edition sizes, numbering systems, signatures, bonus items, and release schedules may vary between collections.

Schofield's Sirens reserves the right to discontinue, retire, or modify future collections without notice.

Merchandise Revenue and Artist Support

Purchases made through Schofield's Sirens directly support future productions, publications, events, creative experiences, participating models, artists, and the continued growth of the Sirens community.

We appreciate your support and patience as many of our products are produced with a focus on quality, artistry, and limited-edition collectability rather than mass production.
