Privacy, Copyright, AI Usage,
and Content Protection Policy

Privacy and Leak Prevention

Schofield's Sirens is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients, models, members, collaborators, and creative partners.

Proof galleries, unpublished images, behind-the-scenes content, project concepts, casting information, and unreleased productions are considered private and confidential. Unauthorized sharing, downloading, distribution, screen recording, reposting, or disclosure of such materials is strictly prohibited.

Any individual found distributing confidential content, leaking unreleased images, sharing private galleries, or otherwise compromising the privacy of a client, model, or production may have their access revoked and may be subject to legal action where permitted by law.

AI Manipulation, Deepfakes, and Synthetic Content

Images, videos, and creative works produced by Schofield's Sirens may not be used to create, train, generate, develop, or distribute artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, deepfakes, synthetic media, face swaps, digital replicas, or other AI-generated derivative content without the Photographer's prior written consent.

Clients, models, subscribers, third parties, and website visitors may not alter, manipulate, enhance, modify, or recreate any image using AI editing tools, generative AI systems, FaceTune, face-swapping software, body-altering applications, or similar technologies.

The creation or distribution of AI-generated content based upon Schofield's Sirens imagery without authorization shall be considered a violation of this policy and may constitute copyright infringement and unauthorized use of likeness rights.

Copyright Protection

All photographs, videos, graphics, publications, promotional materials, and creative works produced by Schofield's Sirens remain the exclusive intellectual property of Josh Schofield and Schofield's Sirens unless otherwise specified in writing.

No person may copy, reproduce, edit, distribute, sell, license, publish, manipulate, remove watermarks from, or otherwise exploit any content beyond the rights expressly granted under a written agreement.

Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials may result in copyright enforcement actions, takedown notices, licensing claims, damages, legal proceedings, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Photographer Misrepresentation and Portfolio Protection

No photographer, videographer, content creator, editor, agency, publication, brand, or third party may claim, imply, display, publish, market, or represent Schofield's Sirens imagery as their own work.

The use of Schofield's Sirens photographs within another photographer's portfolio, advertising, website, social media, promotional materials, educational content, workshops, or business marketing without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Any false attribution of authorship or misrepresentation of ownership shall be considered a violation of copyright and intellectual property rights.

Website Content Authenticity

All images, videos, creative works, publications, portfolio examples, and promotional materials displayed on the Schofield's Sirens website, social media platforms, publications, and marketing materials are original works created, commissioned, licensed, or otherwise lawfully controlled by Schofield's Sirens.

No third party is authorized to reproduce, copy, download, republish, or use website content without prior written consent.

By accessing, viewing, or interacting with content produced by Schofield's Sirens, users acknowledge and agree to respect the intellectual property, privacy, and content protection policies outlined herein.

Social Media Redistribution
and Third-Party Posting Policy

To protect the integrity of our work, the privacy of our clients and models, and the value of our intellectual property, Schofield's Sirens does not permit the unauthorized reposting, screenshotting, redistribution, or publication of our content by third-party social media accounts.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • "Follow for Follow" pages

  • Engagement farming accounts

  • Repost pages

  • Fan pages

  • Feature pages

  • Content aggregation accounts

  • Meme pages

  • Screenshot-sharing pages

  • Unofficial promotional accounts

No individual or organization may screenshot, download, repost, share, or republish Schofield's Sirens content without prior written authorization.

Our work is only featured on publications, brands, media outlets, websites, social media pages, and promotional platforms that have been granted permission or have obtained the appropriate usage rights through a licensing agreement, publication agreement, sponsorship arrangement, or other authorized business relationship.

This policy exists to protect:

  • The privacy and image rights of our clients and models.

  • The value of our copyrighted work.

  • The integrity of our brand and creative projects.

  • The performance and visibility of our content on social media platforms.

  • The risk of content being flagged, removed, duplicated, misrepresented, or distributed without consent.

Unauthorized reposting may result in copyright enforcement actions, takedown requests, removal notices, and any other remedies available under applicable intellectual property laws.

Schofield's Sirens reserves the right to determine which third parties may feature, publish, share, or promote its content and under what conditions such permissions may be granted.

Patreon Feature Policy

The Photographer may feature select final images on the Schofield's Sirens Patreon platform as part of a paywall-protected portfolio, gallery, or member-supported showcase.

The Parties acknowledge that content featured on Patreon is intended for portfolio, promotional, artistic, and community-building purposes only. The Photographer does not utilize pay-per-view (PPV) messaging, individual image sales, content licensing, or direct distribution of a Model's final images through Patreon unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To support the Model's personal brand growth and maximize engagement on their own platforms, the Photographer agrees to observe a thirty (30) day release delay following final image delivery before publishing approved content on Patreon. This exclusivity period allows the Model the first opportunity to publish, promote, and monetize their content across their own websites, social media channels, subscription platforms, and creator accounts.

For Models who prefer additional privacy, the Photographer may, upon request, omit the Model's name, stage name, social media handles, website links, and identifying information from Patreon posts. In such cases, content may be presented solely as part of the Schofield's Sirens portfolio collection without identifying the featured Model.

Where approved by the Model, Patreon may feature artistic nude, topless, boudoir, glamour, and fine art imagery that would otherwise be restricted on traditional social media platforms. All content published shall remain subject to the Model's selected permissions, visibility preferences, content restrictions, and approval rights under this Agreement.

The Photographer believes that supporting the success of participating Models benefits the entire Sirens community and intends for this release window and privacy option to help drive traffic, engagement, and audience growth toward the Model's own platforms while still allowing the Sirens brand to showcase its best creative work in a secure, member-supported environment.

Privacy and Attribution
Opt-Out

The Schofield’s Sirens standard business practice includes featuring completed work within portfolios, websites, social media platforms, publications, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns. Standard agreements also require reasonable social media attribution and tagging when images are shared by the Client/Model.

Clients and Models who prefer not to be tagged, credited, featured, promoted, or publicly associated with the Photographer may elect a Privacy and Attribution Opt-Out for an additional fee of $500 CAD.

By selecting this option:

  • The Client/Model shall not be required to tag, mention, collaborate with, or credit the Photographer on social media posts featuring the final images.

  • The Photographer shall refrain from identifying, tagging, or publicly crediting the Client/Model on social media, websites, or promotional content.

  • The Photographer may still retain copyright ownership of the images and may continue to use the images in accordance with any separate publication permissions granted under this Agreement unless a separate privacy or non-publication agreement is executed.

The Parties acknowledge that the opt-out fee compensates for the loss of promotional, referral, networking, and marketing value typically generated through social media collaborations, tags, credits, and public association with the completed work.
