Schofield's Sirens Patreon
Community & Content Protection Policy
Why Patreon Exists
The Schofield's Sirens Patreon was created as a member-supported platform where we can share exclusive creative work, behind-the-scenes content, artistic projects, educational insights, event coverage, and premium collections that are not always suitable for traditional social media platforms.
Patreon allows our community to directly support the artists, models, productions, publications, and events that make the Sirens project possible. Revenue generated through Patreon helps fund future productions, creative experiences, model opportunities, publications, calendars, merchandise, community events, and exclusive projects.
We believe creators deserve a safe space to showcase their best work while maintaining control over how that content is shared and distributed.
For Models
Your Privacy Matters
We understand that every model has different comfort levels regarding visibility and online exposure.
Models featured on Patreon may choose whether they wish to:
Be credited by name.
Be credited by stage name.
Have social media accounts linked.
Remain anonymous.
For additional privacy, identifying information may be omitted entirely while still allowing the work itself to be showcased.
Where agreed upon, Patreon may feature content that cannot be shared on traditional social media platforms due to platform restrictions.
Creator-First Release Policy
Schofield's Sirens believes the model's own platform should always come first.
For this reason, we maintain a minimum thirty (30) day release period following final image delivery before approved content is uploaded to Patreon.
This allows models the opportunity to:
Publish content first.
Drive engagement to their own platforms.
Promote subscription pages.
Generate sales and revenue.
Build their audience before content appears within the Sirens Patreon archive.
Protection Against Leaks
We take unauthorized distribution extremely seriously.
Models trust us with personal, creative, artistic, and sometimes intimate content. Any unauthorized sharing of Patreon content threatens that trust.
Schofield's Sirens actively monitors for:
Leaked content.
Screenshot sharing.
Unauthorized downloads.
Content reposting.
File sharing.
Piracy websites.
Content scraping.
AI training and image harvesting.
Content found outside approved platforms may be subject to takedown notices, copyright claims, legal enforcement actions, and account investigations.
For Subscribers
Patreon Access Is a License, Not Ownership
A Patreon subscription grants access to view content.
It does not grant ownership of the content.
Subscribers do not acquire the right to:
Download and redistribute content.
Share content outside Patreon.
Upload content to other platforms.
Screenshot content for distribution.
Post content in forums, Discord servers, Telegram groups, Reddit communities, or file-sharing websites.
Sell, trade, exchange, or gift access to content.
Create AI-generated content, deepfakes, or derivative works using Patreon content.
All copyrights remain the exclusive property of Schofield's Sirens and the respective rights holders.

Recording screen captures.
Sharing galleries.
Sending content to third parties.
Uploading content to websites or cloud storage.
Reposting content on social media.
Sharing content in group chats or private communities.
Creating archives or collections of Patreon content.
Whether content is shared publicly or privately, it remains a violation of this policy.
Consequences of Unauthorized Distribution
Any subscriber found participating in unauthorized distribution, reposting, screenshotting, piracy, or leaks may be subject to:
Immediate and permanent termination of Patreon access.
Removal without refund.
Revocation of future subscription eligibility.
Copyright infringement claims.
DMCA takedown actions.
Recovery of investigative, enforcement, and legal costs where permitted by law.
Contractual damages and monetary penalties where enforceable under applicable law.
Schofield's Sirens reserves the right to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies to protect its creators, models, and intellectual property.
Respect the Artists
Every image, video, event, publication, and production featured on Patreon represents countless hours of planning, travel, production, editing, creative collaboration, and financial investment.
By subscribing, you are helping support:
Models and creators.
Hair and makeup artists.
Production teams.
Publications and print projects.
Sirens events.
Future creative experiences.
We ask all subscribers to respect the creators whose work they enjoy and help us maintain a safe, professional, and respectful community for everyone involved.
Support the artists. Respect the creators. Protect the work.
Privacy and Attribution
Opt-Out
The Schofield’s Sirens standard business practice includes featuring completed work within portfolios, websites, social media platforms, publications, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns. Standard agreements also require reasonable social media attribution and tagging when images are shared by the Client/Model.
Clients and Models who prefer not to be tagged, credited, featured, promoted, or publicly associated with the Photographer may elect a Privacy and Attribution Opt-Out for an additional fee of $500 CAD.
By selecting this option:
The Client/Model shall not be required to tag, mention, collaborate with, or credit the Photographer on social media posts featuring the final images.
The Photographer shall refrain from identifying, tagging, or publicly crediting the Client/Model on social media, websites, or promotional content.
The Photographer may still retain copyright ownership of the images and may continue to use the images in accordance with any separate publication permissions granted under this Agreement unless a separate privacy or non-publication agreement is executed.
The Parties acknowledge that the opt-out fee compensates for the loss of promotional, referral, networking, and marketing value typically generated through social media collaborations, tags, credits, and public association with the completed work.
