"THE SIRENS”
Schofield's Sirens Membership Program
Schofield's Sirens is a curated membership program designed to recognize and support a select group of models who embody the creativity, professionalism, confidence, and values of the Schofield's Sirens brand.
Acceptance into the Sirens Program is by invitation or application approval only and is not guaranteed.
As a Siren, members receive the following benefits:
Complimentary participation in all scheduled "The Tide" creative series productions during their active membership.
Priority access to exclusive creative concepts, themed productions, and limited-capacity events.
A dedicated introductory Siren production designed to introduce the member to the Sirens community and establish their personal Siren identity.
Priority consideration for brand campaigns, commercial productions, sponsorship opportunities, publications, and model casting opportunities facilitated by the Photographer.
Eligibility to earn commission and revenue participation from approved calendars, fine art prints, merchandise, limited collections, and other products in which the Siren is featured, pursuant to the applicable revenue-sharing provisions of this Agreement.
Access to exclusive Sirens-only projects, collaborations, and promotional opportunities.
In recognition of their commitment to the program, a Siren who maintains active membership in good standing for twelve (12) consecutive months shall earn their official custom Siren mermaid tail, symbolizing their place within the Sirens collective and their completion of the first year of membership.
Sirens are expected to conduct themselves professionally and represent the values of the Schofield's Sirens brand both on and off set. Members are selected not solely for their appearance, but for their character, professionalism, creativity, reliability, and ability to positively contribute to the community and creative vision of the program.
The Photographer reserves the right to suspend, remove, or decline renewal of any Siren membership where a participant no longer aligns with the standards, values, or professional expectations of the Schofield's Sirens Program.
Siren Rewards System
and Siren of the Month
The Sirens Program operates a participation-based rewards system designed to recognize commitment, consistency, creativity, and community involvement.

Additional personal creative experiences
Bonus photoshoots
Exclusive merchandise and apparel
Limited-edition Sirens collectibles

Each month, one member may be selected as Siren of the Month based on participation, professionalism, creativity, community involvement, and overall contribution to the Sirens Program.
The Siren of the Month shall receive:
A dedicated Creative Experience designed around their vision and character.
A featured full photoshoot production.
Placement in an upcoming Sirens Calendar production.
A limited-edition print release featuring their images.
Additional promotional opportunities as determined by the Photographer.
Selection of Siren of the Month is at the sole discretion of the Photographer and is intended to recognize members who consistently embody the values and spirit of the Schofield's Sirens brand.
The Mission Board
and Confidential Casting Opportunities
As part of the Schofield's Sirens Membership Program, active Sirens may receive access to the Mission Board, a private casting and opportunity board featuring paid modelling opportunities, collaborative productions, brand campaigns, promotional projects, publications, events, and other creative assignments.
The Mission Board is considered a members-only benefit and is intended exclusively for active Sirens in good standing. Access to opportunities posted on the Mission Board is granted solely for the purpose of evaluating and applying for available projects.
Due to the nature of many client projects, brand partnerships, unreleased campaigns, confidential productions, and private casting opportunities, all information contained within the Mission Board shall be considered confidential and subject to the confidentiality and non-disclosure provisions of this Agreement.
Sirens agree not to:
Share, distribute, repost, screenshot, copy, or disclose Mission Board opportunities to non-members.
Reveal project details, client information, budgets, locations, production concepts, participant lists, or casting information without prior written authorization.
Provide access to Mission Board materials to individuals who are not active Sirens or authorized representatives of the Photographer.
Participation in a Mission Board opportunity does not guarantee selection, compensation, or future work. Individual casting decisions remain subject to client requirements, project needs, availability, and final approval by the Photographer, client, or production team.
Any unauthorized disclosure of Mission Board information may result in removal from the Sirens Program, suspension of membership benefits, revocation of access to future casting opportunities, and any other remedies available under this Agreement.
The Mission Board exists to provide Sirens with exclusive access to opportunities before they are released publicly and serves as one of the core benefits of membership within the Schofield's Sirens Program.
Professional Hair and Makeup Included
Professional hair and makeup services are included as part of the Schofield's Sirens experience. We believe every client deserves to look and feel their absolute best when stepping in front of the camera, whether working in a controlled studio environment or outdoor locations.
To ensure a consistent level of quality across all productions, Schofield's Sirens partners with experienced professional hair and makeup artists who help bring creative concepts to life while enhancing confidence and overall presentation.
Hair and makeup services are arranged and paid for by Schofield's Sirens and may be provided either at the client's residence, a designated preparation location, or on set, depending on the requirements of the production. Where applicable, hair and makeup artists may remain available during the session for touch-ups, styling adjustments, and maintenance throughout the shoot.
Hair Styling Preparation
To help ensure the best results, clients are requested to arrive with clean, dry hair that has been washed the evening prior to the shoot. Please note that hair washing and blow-dry services are not included within the package unless otherwise specified in writing.
Our goal is to remove the stress of preparation and allow clients to focus on enjoying the creative experience while our team handles the details necessary to create exceptional results.
Sirens Membership Investment
and Program Development Costs
The Parties acknowledge that membership fees paid as part of the Schofield's Sirens Program contribute not only to ongoing creative experiences and member benefits, but also to the development, growth, and long-term sustainability of the Sirens brand.
Membership fees help offset a variety of program expenses, including but not limited to:
The Siren's introductory production and onboarding photoshoot.
Photography, production, and creative development costs.
Image storage, backup systems, cloud hosting, and digital asset management.
Editing, retouching, and content preparation.
Development of promotional materials and member features.
Initial production costs associated with calendars, posters, fine art prints, merchandise, and other Sirens-branded products.
Website development, membership management, and program administration.
Creative planning, event coordination, casting management, and community operations.
The Siren acknowledges that a portion of their membership investment supports these startup, operational, and backend costs, which are necessary to build opportunities, create promotional assets, expand the Sirens brand, and generate future revenue opportunities for participating members.
Membership fees are not solely payment for individual photoshoots or deliverables, but are part of a broader investment into the collective growth, visibility, marketing, and success of the Schofield's Sirens Program and its members.
Membership Flexibility and Benefit Carryover
The Sirens Program is designed to accommodate the schedules and commitments of its members. Active Sirens are not required to participate in every monthly event, production, or creative opportunity.
If a Siren is unable to attend a scheduled Sirens event or redeem their monthly Muse Experience during a given month, the unused opportunity shall automatically carry forward to the following month. This allows members flexibility when managing personal, professional, travel, or family commitments.
Unused benefits may accumulate for up to three (3) consecutive months unless otherwise approved by the Photographer. After this period, any unused benefits may expire at the Photographer's discretion.
This provision is intended to encourage long-term participation while ensuring Sirens can remain active members even during periods of limited availability.
Membership Payments and Account Standing
Active Sirens must maintain their membership account in good standing to access membership benefits, events, and creative opportunities.
If a scheduled membership payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, the Siren's membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance has been resolved. During any period of suspension, the Siren shall not be eligible to participate in Sirens events, creative experiences, member-exclusive productions, voting privileges, reward programs, or other membership benefits.
Late or missed payments do not permanently forfeit earned benefits. However, any scheduled Creative Experience, Muse Experience, or membership-related production may be postponed and rescheduled based on availability once the account has returned to good standing.
The Photographer reserves the right to withhold scheduling, booking confirmations, image delivery, and event participation until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
Siren of the Year
At the conclusion of each annual membership cycle, one Siren may be awarded the title of Siren of the Year, the highest recognition within the Schofield's Sirens Program.
This distinction is reserved for a Siren who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to the program through participation, professionalism, creativity, community involvement, brand representation, audience engagement, and overall contribution to the success of the Sirens collective.
Selection may be based on a combination of factors, including:
Participation in Sirens productions and events.
Community voting and member recognition.
Professionalism and reliability throughout the year.
Contribution to brand growth and visibility.
Merchandise, print, calendar, and collection performance.
Revenue generated through campaigns, products, and promotional initiatives featuring the Siren.
Overall embodiment of the values and spirit of the Schofield's Sirens brand.
The Siren selected shall receive the honorary title of Siren of the Year and be awarded a custom Sirens Trident as a symbol of leadership, achievement, and excellence within the collective.
Additional rewards, creative opportunities, promotional features, revenue incentives, or exclusive experiences may be awarded at the Photographer's discretion.
Schofield's Sirens reserves the right to determine final selection criteria and eligibility requirements, with the goal of recognizing the Siren who has most significantly contributed to the success, culture, and growth of the Sirens Program throughout the year.
Sirens Referral Program
The Schofield's Sirens Program encourages members to help grow the community by introducing new applicants who align with the values, professionalism, and creative standards of the brand.
Active Sirens and Muses may participate in the Sirens Referral Program by referring prospective members for consideration. Referral of an applicant does not guarantee acceptance, as all candidates remain subject to the standard application, review, and selection process.
For each referred applicant who is accepted into the Sirens Program and successfully completes their onboarding process, the referring member shall be eligible for the following rewards:
An additional five percent (5%) commission bonus on eligible merchandise, print, calendar, and collection sales associated with the referring member for the duration of the newly referred Siren's active membership, unless otherwise modified by the Photographer.
A one-time referral bonus of One Hundred Dollars ($100 CAD) for each new Siren who is accepted, onboarded, and remains an active member in good standing for at least thirty (30) days.
Referral bonuses and commission incentives shall only be paid for applicants who clearly identify the referring Siren or Muse during the application process and whose referral can be reasonably verified by the Photographer.
The Photographer reserves the right to approve, deny, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time. Any earned referral bonuses or commission increases accrued prior to such modification shall remain payable in accordance with the terms in effect at the time they were earned.
The purpose of this program is to reward Sirens and Muses who actively contribute to the growth, quality, and long-term success of the Schofield's Sirens community by introducing talented individuals who embody the values of the brand.
Patreon Feature Policy
The Photographer may feature select final images on the Schofield's Sirens Patreon platform as part of a paywall-protected portfolio, gallery, or member-supported showcase.
The Parties acknowledge that content featured on Patreon is intended for portfolio, promotional, artistic, and community-building purposes only. The Photographer does not utilize pay-per-view (PPV) messaging, individual image sales, content licensing, or direct distribution of a Model's final images through Patreon unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To support the Model's personal brand growth and maximize engagement on their own platforms, the Photographer agrees to observe a thirty (30) day release delay following final image delivery before publishing approved content on Patreon. This exclusivity period allows the Model the first opportunity to publish, promote, and monetize their content across their own websites, social media channels, subscription platforms, and creator accounts.
For Models who prefer additional privacy, the Photographer may, upon request, omit the Model's name, stage name, social media handles, website links, and identifying information from Patreon posts. In such cases, content may be presented solely as part of the Schofield's Sirens portfolio collection without identifying the featured Model.
Where approved by the Model, Patreon may feature artistic nude, topless, boudoir, glamour, and fine art imagery that would otherwise be restricted on traditional social media platforms. All content published shall remain subject to the Model's selected permissions, visibility preferences, content restrictions, and approval rights under this Agreement.
The Photographer believes that supporting the success of participating Models benefits the entire Sirens community and intends for this release window and privacy option to help drive traffic, engagement, and audience growth toward the Model's own platforms while still allowing the Sirens brand to showcase its best creative work in a secure, member-supported environment.
